Class will start promptly at 12:00 PM and end at 3:15 PM.

CLASS DESCRIPTION

This course will take a historical view at Fair Housing and Civil Rights and also go into
the details of current housing, advertising, and lending laws. Case studies, housing
statistics, videos, and pictures are used to present the information in an interesting
format. The course will also identify several barriers to homeownership and how
OHFA Homeownership Programs can reduce these barriers.

CLASS COST

FREE for MOAR members. $30 for non-members. 

INSTRUCTOR

Jon Duy, Single Family Relations Program Manager - Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA)

CREDIT

This course is certified for 3 hour of real estate credit. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present 90% of the program in order to receive credit. This class will also count for your NAR Fair Housing training requirement (due Dec. 31, 2027).
