DETAILS: Class begins promptly at 2:00PM and ends at 4:00PM. 

CLASS DESCRIPTION: Do you use a Buyers Representative Agreement? What is Buyer Representation and why is it needed? This course will discuss the recent NAR lawsuits surrounding compensation and how you can best have the very important conversation with your clients and serve their best interests with clear communication about compensation. You will learn about the types of agreements, what they look like and how compensation works for a property not in the MLS. 

CLASS COST: Free for MOAR members. $20 for non-members.

CREDIT: This course is certified for 2 hours of real estate credit. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present 90% of the program in order to receive credit.
