Course Description: This course is designed to fulfill the Ohio 3-hour Core Law educational requirement and concentrates on the following topics:

• Recent changes in the Ohio Revised Code and Ohio Administrative Code

•NAR Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice

•Recent Ohio case law on REALTOR® liability, contract law issues, contemporaneous offers and pocket listings

•Current changes to the landscape of closing and notarization

•Issues related to divorce proceedings

•Proposed land contract legislation
