CLASS DESCRIPTION: Our buyers are as individual as we are and need to be treated accordingly. You may currently be providing a buyer consultation, or perhaps you have no idea where to begin. Either way, this 3-hour class will provide you with a structure that will assist you with creating an individualized consultation for your buyers during this important process. We’ll include discussion on obtaining written buyer-representation agreements; a critical conversation given they will now be required. 

CLASS COST: $59.00

CREDIT: This course is certified for 3 hours of real estate credit. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present 90% of the program in order to receive credit.
