DETAILS: Lunch will be served at 12:30PM.  Class will start promptly at 1:00PM and end at 4:00PM.

CLASS DESCRIPTION: This course is designed to fulfill the Ohio 3-hour Core Law educational requirement and concentrates on the following topics:

• Recent changes in the Ohio Revised Code and Ohio Administrative Code

•NAR Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice

•Recent Ohio case law on REALTOR® liability, contract law issues, contemporaneous offers and pocket listings

•Current changes to the landscape of closing and notarization

•Issues related to divorce proceedings

•Proposed land contract legislation

CLASS COST: FREE class for REALTOR® members

CREDIT: This course is certified for 3 hours of real estate credit. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present 90% of the program in order to receive credit.
