CLASS DESCRIPTION: This timely program teaches Real-Estate Agents how to put habits, tactics, and hardware between themselves and the criminal. This dramatically reduces their odds of becoming a victim of crime. It is a powerful educational experience that combines audience participation, demonstration and crime prevention tips to accelerate learning and increase retention. This high energy presentation is informal, personal and punctuated with enough uncommonly known information to keep everyone attentive and involved. 

CLASS COST: There's a $10 registration fee for the event. However, if you decide to purchase a Mugger Slugger™ key-chain pepper spray device, we'll apply that $10 fee as a discount towards your purchase.

Chris is a Certified Crime Prevention Instructor certified by the MSDC Instructor’s Council.  He is a Law Enforcement Instructor Certified by the ASR Instructors Council.  Chris has also been a REALTOR® Safety Instructor for 37 years and has trained over 10,000 real estate agents.

CREDIT: This course is certified for 1 hour of real estate credit. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present 90% of the program in order to receive credit.
