CLASS DESCRIPTION: In light of the recent rule changes, this course is designed to equip real estate agents with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively assist clients utilizing Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) financing options. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of VA loan benefits, eligibility criteria, and the application process. The course will also cover the VA's minimum property requirements (MPRs) to help agents guide their clients through the home buying process, ensuring properties meet VA standards for safety, structural integrity, and habitability.

CLASS COST: Free for MOAR members, $20 for non-members

CREDIT: This course is certified for 2 hours of real estate credit. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present 90% of the program in order to receive credit.
